Discount Eligbility
WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR THE GM MILITARY DISCOUNT?
Eligibility for GM's military discount program includes members of every branch of the military from the U.S. Air Force, Navy, Army, Marines, Coast Guard, and even the National Guard. The GM military discount is available for not only Active Duty members, but also those in the Reserves, Veterans within one year of their discharge date, and Retirees. The spouses of these individuals also qualify for the military discount. If an individual wishes to use the discount program, he or she agrees to a set of Rules and Guidelines set by the program and promises to abide by them.
RULES & GUIDELINES
Overview
The General Motors Military Discount Program (The Program) provides eligible participants (The Participant) with the opportunity to purchase/lease new or unused Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac vehicles at The Program price at Buick GMC of Thousand Oaks.
By purchasing or leasing an eligible vehicle through The Program, The Participant acknowledges these Rules and Guidelines and agrees to abide by them.
It is the responsibility of The Participant to know the rules of The Program as set forth in this document. Violations of these rules by The Participant may result in sanctions against The Participant.
The Program may be withdrawn at any time, and its terms are subject to change from time to time by General Motors (GM). Final decisions in all matters relating to the interpretation of any rule or phrase of this activity rest solely with General Motors.
The Program cannot be applied to a prior purchase or lease.
